What our customers are saying.... All testimonials are taken from comments and letters after they receive their decoys.
"1st day I had ducks see these decoys. All shot's less than 15 yrds."
"Again I want to thank you for the great customer service! I am really looking forward to hunting these decoys! Believe when I say I will be a returning customer and I have recommended you guys to my hunting buddies!"
"We continue to get reports from our customers, one of which stopped by the house today, just to tell us his story. His crew was hunting geese in Oregon with full body goose decoys we had flocked and painted. They were working a small group of canada geese when for some reason they broke off, then immediately the hunters heard a sound they weren't familiar with coming out of the sky. It was a Bald Eagle streaking toward the decoys. The big bird shredded one of the goose decoys with it's talons and flew off to a perch about 200 yards away and stared back wondering what just happened. Apparently our flocking does not stand up to eagle attack, but it's nice to know our flocking jobs are realistic enough to fool one of the best pairs of eyes on the planet."
"Love those greenwings! I'm very happy with mine. I was pleasantly surprised with the durability of the flocking."
"honestly ... the customs changed so much for my style of hunting.. I used to run big spreads out of big boat blinds .. now I hunt small spreads in the back waters, timber, and sheet water and target strictly drakes and my shots also went from about a seventy five percent kill to about a ninety five percent kill. I hunt out of low profile blinds. mainly sneek boat or final approach blind. But Im a true believer that the detail that your decoys offer allow me to finish birds and target specific birds with an extremely high success rate. Which I have never been able to do before.. I trust his creative skills ."
"Awesome job on those pintails. I couldn't be more happier with them. I definitely look forward to be continuing to do business with you guys next year. I can't say it enough, but really an awesome job. I'm super impressed."
"Finally found some time to get out to the blind and get the new Wigeon decoys wet. The weather was bluebird so I wasn't expecting the birds to be moving much....it was just nice to get out. I can tell you that what was moving was liking the decoys. I wasn't having to call at them at all and I had several groups just set down in the decoys while I was pouring coffee and petting the dog. I had my seven birds in less than an hour, the dog had her workout for the day, and we were loaded and headed home by 9. I can't say enough about the decoys and how realistic they look on the water. I am definitely sold on the decoys and am recommending them only to my friends....I don't want anyone else out there pulling birds before they see my set. Thanks for a great product."
I became a firm believer in the flocked body language decoys after trudging after a wounded duck. While walking the 150 yards back to my decoy spread with my recovered bird, the realism of the flocked mallard decoys was striking compared to other non-flocked decoys I had in my decoy spread. The flocked “Buck Gardner” series decoys looked much more realistic and didn’t shine or glimmer in the sunlight as they bobbed in the breeze. I knew right then I was going to get more flocked decoys.
On another occasion, I had limited out on mallards over my spread of 12 flocked mallard decoys and was setting in the blind enjoying the tranquility unique to a duck blind. I watched a small group of mallards pitch right into my decoy spread and swim up to within about 4 feet of the decoys and stay there for quite some time. These were late season birds not easily fooled. I’ve had ducks land in my non-flocked painted decoys quite often, but they had always beat a hasty retreat as they realized their mistake. I’m convinced the flocked finish on the Buck Gardner decoys convinces ducks to commit easier than with regular painted decoys as long as you have done everything else right. I can pack a dozen decoys easily in my Tanglefree 12 slot decoy bag. The flocked decoys need a bit more care, but they are well worth it.
